The 4×4 MEWP Market leader is the CPL P130 Isuzu D-Max
One of the largest Telecoms companies in the UK has ordered several more of the 4×4 MEWP that is now the market leader. The 13.1m working outreach and 6.2m working outreach has a full small series type approval. This includes the upgraded suspension to 3.5t. CPL are also an approved converter for Isuzu allowing the customer warranty and breakdown cover.
The MEWP’s will be used to maintain phone lines across the UK. They need to be reliable and easy to operate due to the scale of the work being carried out daily.
The Isuzu conversions have been fitted with a number of bespoke options to ensure the operators have everything they need to carry out their work safely and efficiently.
These include: Large PPE lockers with hooks, aluminium tool boxes for tools and essentials, deb units, reversing camera and reversing sensors to name just a few.
