Getting Started & Your Options

When you buy a new build through us, you are not just getting a machine. You are joining a community that looks after your fleet long term. We offer exclusive Klubb Perks for all new purchases, which include your first LOLER inspection for free and a 10% discount on all spare parts. We believe in supporting your business well after the initial keys are handed over.

Absolutely. We would love to have you down at the CPL factory for a coffee and a full demo of the equipment. If you cannot make it to us, just let us know. We are more than happy to bring a demo vehicle to your site so your team can see exactly what the kit can do in your own working environment.

Through our partners at PMD Finance, we can help you find funding for both new builds and the high quality used stock we occasionally host on our site. While we do not offer lease purchase agreements, we are more than happy to work with your own bank or preferred lender if you already have a relationship in place.

While we do not accept trade-ins directly, we can still help you move your old kit. If you are looking to purchase a new CPL build, we can help you advertise your current MEWP or tipper right on our website. It is a great way to get your machine in front of the right audience and help you secure funds for your upgrade.

Choosing the right conversion can be a minefield, so we are here to help. Our team can talk through your typical work heights, terrain requirements, and payload needs to recommend the best chassis and boom combination. We want to ensure you get a machine that is fit for purpose and provides the best return on investment.

Ordering & Your Build

To lock in your production slot and secure the chassis from the manufacturer, we generally require a 10% deposit. However, we know every business is different; if you are looking at a larger fleet order or a multi-unit rollout, just let us know and we can discuss a more flexible arrangement that works for your cash flow.

We definitely recommend it. If you need beacons, work lights, or internal racking to make the vehicle work better for your team, it is much easier (and neater) for us to fit these while we are doing the main conversion. It ensures all the wiring is integrated perfectly and the finish is professional.

The honest answer is that it varies. It mostly depends on the specific vehicle you choose and how full our production schedule is at that moment. We often have stock vehicles available right away, though adding custom accessories might add a few days. For custom builds, we will give you a realistic timeline the moment we discuss your specs.

You can always get in touch with our team for a more accurate lead time estimate.

We prefer to let our production team focus on the build, so we do not send automated updates at every stage. However, if anything unexpected happens or if there are changes to your timeline, we will be in touch immediately. You are also more than welcome to call your account manager at any time if you would like a progress report on your conversion.

Yes, 100%. Every single CPL conversion goes through a rigorous pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before it leaves our facility. As part of this process, the vehicle will be LOLER inspected if necessary. For specialised builds, we will also perform dielectric testing if the specification requires it. This ensures that you can put the keys in and go straight to work safely the moment the vehicle arrives.

Handover & Ongoing Support

Absolutely. Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive series of safety and functional tests. This includes a full stability test to ensure the machine remains safe and balanced at its maximum reach. If your vehicle is destined for work near power lines, we can also perform a dielectric test to verify the insulation is safe. Every unit is also LOLER inspected before handover to ensure it is fully compliant with UK regulations from day one.

We certainly can. We know that most fleets are a mix of different brands, and it is a pain to manage multiple service companies. Our engineers are experts across the board, so we are happy to carry out LOLER inspections and certifications for your entire fleet, regardless of who manufactured the original machine.

We offer technical familiarisation sessions to ensure your team is ready to go. While this is not included as standard with every delivery, we highly recommend it. We can walk your operators through the controls, safety features, and emergency procedures so they feel 100% confident using the kit from day one.

We stand behind the quality of our work. Every new CPL conversion comes with a comprehensive warranty that covers the boom and the integration work we have performed. Additionally, because we build on trusted chassis like Isuzu, Renault, and Iveco, you also benefit from their standard manufacturer warranties for the vehicle itself.

Yes, we offer fixed-price maintenance packages to take the guesswork out of your fleet costs. These packages can be tailored to include your statutory 6-month LOLER inspections and routine servicing. It is a great way to ensure your machines stay compliant and safe without you having to track every individual deadline yourself.
